Project Control Engineer
Project Controls Engineers are responsible for developing standards and processes for monitoring the progress of the projects.
Job Responsibilities
Specific Responsibilities will include:
Oversees and/or plans cost and schedule (work breakdown structure) metrics and tools, collects performance data (installed quantities, expended labor hours, and other progress measurements for direct hire and subcontract work), tracks data (daily cost compilation and monitoring), analyzes (earned value, productivity, critical path and risk analysis), and generates reports.
Leads the identification and tracking of changes or potential changes to project scope, ensuring estimates of cost changes and impact to schedule are given visibility with the client and project management.
Integrates cost and schedule data and reporting with the company’s accounting and management information systems to facilitate meeting company performance and financial goals.
Participates in change control management, document control management, and critical path method network analysis.
Manages a group of project controls specialists providing work direction, leadership, and employee development. Contributes to the hiring process and salary administration.
Other duties as assigned.
Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.

As a Project Controls Manager you will need to be highly organized and detailed. The Successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels. Specific qualification includes:
Experience in handling multiple projects
Knowledge of basic construction processes and procedures
Budgeting skills
Organizational and planning skills
