Nature of Work: Road Works, Drain Works, Footh Path, Beutification.
Development of green buffer zones.
We have been awarded the contract for Rejuvenation / development of 1.2 KM of public road bordering a reputed MNC as a part of the MCS's CSR initiative.
Project Background and Scope:
We are excited to be part of this fantastic initiative to upgrade & standardize public roads & drains. About 1.2KM of roads will be fixed and resurfaced. This rejuvenation will also include construction of drains, cleaning of old drains, installing stainless steel railings and installation of boulders as well.
Government Liaisoning:
A first for us, we were responsible for liasoning with the government agencies to obtain the necessary permissions. With interactions over 20 different government agencies/levels, we were able to smoothly get the approvals necessary to make this ambitious project a success.
Project Commitment:
