AACP Infrastructure Systems Pvt. Ltd. executed comprehensive bus bay parking and associated civil infrastructure works at TVS Motor Company’s Harita facility in Hosur. The project was undertaken as a critical safety intervention to eliminate unsafe employee movement across a national highway.

Project Overview:

The scope involved development of a dedicated bus parking bay opposite the main plant, integrated with high-capacity drainage, level correction of existing parking areas, and construction of durable internal roads, significantly improving pedestrian and vehicular safety within the industrial campus.

Scope of Work:

  • Earthwork excavation and backfilling for foundations and road subgrades
  • Construction of PCC and RCC structural elements
  • Raising and leveling of existing parking and carriageway areas
  • Construction of RCC M30 grade roads and ramps
  • Granular sub-base, WMM, DBM, and bituminous road layers
  • Design, supply, and installation of precast RCC drainage systems
  • Kerbs, paver blocks, road markings, signage, and safety accessories
  • Chain-link fencing, utility ducts, and stormwater management works

    • Unique Engineering Highlight:

    A key technical differentiator of this project was the use of 200 mm thick precast RCC drains, manufactured and installed using AACP’s precast construction methodology.
