- Site Exposure: On-site observation experience to ensure practical and compliant design solutions.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the infrastructure industry.
- Leadership Ability: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
